General Soft Drinks Co Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks and operational activities within the department are undertaken in line with the set deadlines and at the right quality levels. To support the Senior Marketing Manager with management of calendar and the general running of activities within the department.
TASKS:
Conducting exhaustive analysis of the FMCG market to identify potential opportunities.
Assisting the Marketing team in the preparation of presentations.
Coordinating internally and externally in liaison with all stakeholders regarding the participation in events, regional meetings, conventions and varied activities for sales and marketing team members.
Preparing and maintaining various documentation, processes and sales-enabling material as required.
Supporting all Brand Managers with administration tasks, proposals and logistical requirements as required.
Managing inward communication (internal and external) to the Marketing team.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of the FMCG sector is considered to be an asset.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to analyse data in order to identify improvements and successfully implement initiatives.
Analytical capability - being able to analyse data, present information from such and assist in all business models as necessary.
Excellent communication skills.
High degree of energy.
Results-oriented.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
A native level of English is a must.
Must possess a clean driving license.
