Warehouse Manager

Our client, a well established group of companies operating within retail, are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their growing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices

• Manage inventory levels, reorder points, and stock locations

• Coordinate with retail outlets to ensure timely deliveries

• Leading a team split between warehouse and a delivery operation

• Ensure warehouse safety and security standards are met

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders

• Monitor warehouse operations and identify areas of improvement

• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations

• Opening and closing of the warehouse daily

Requirements:

• Recognized qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field will be considered an asset

• 2+ years of warehouse management experience

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong leadership and management skills
