Field Sales Supervisor

Alf Mizzi & Sons (Marketing) Group (AMSM) in Malta are currently looking to fill the position of a Field Sales Supervisor within their Sales and Marketing Department on a full-time basis.

OVERVIEW:
The post calls for a highly responsible and driven person to lead a Sales Team that is responsible for the distribution and merchandising of a varied brand portfolio.
The job will involve a combination of field and office work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they visit clients regularly as per the route list
• Stock management
• Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure that the Company’s brands are always well-displayed
• Visit the market regularly to ensure we are maximising shelf space
• Assist in the distribution and maintenance of Company equipment in the market
• Client relationship management
• Set sales and distribution targets for the sales team
• Authorise sales orders daily.

YOUR PROFILE:

• O-Level standard of education
• Able to communicate in both English and Maltese
• Valid driving licence
• High organisational skills
• Past experience in an FMCG company and a team-leading role will be considered an asset.
