Operations Officer

Our client, an international insurance entity based in Malta, is looking to recruit a Technical Operations Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Operations the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with markets based in Europe to develop and finalise product proposals.
• Conducting market research on maintenance products and comparing them with competitors.
• Assisting in the registration and management of service agreements.
• Analysing and resolving issues raised by European markets.
• Leading and assisting in projects aimed at enhancing customer offerings and operational efficiencies.
• Handling invoices and processing sales requests.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Office Hours

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team player qualities
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of Insurance /Accounting/Quotations/Underwriting and Customer Service will be considered an asset.
