We are a multinational l company offering exposure to various markets and jurisdictions from around the world. UHR is looking for an experienced Coordinator to join the Human Resources and Business Development team in Malta. 

SUMMARY/PURPOSE

You will be responsible for scheduling, assigning, managing, and monitoring service work in multiple regions with our distribution contract partners.

What will you do:

  • Responsible for maintaining records of personnel and customer interactions.
  • Respond to client queries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information , resolve and follow up. 
  • To perform regular file audits ensuring that all records are up to date.
  • Ensure continuous update of job descriptions of all positions within the Company in collaboration with respective Head of Departments.
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting applicants.
  • Constantly updating internal databases related to the Human Resources department.
  • Liaise with team members in relation to any visa / work permit applications.
  • Be up to date with any changes or amendments to the current visa / work permit regulations.
  • Update team member documents on the company’s database.
  • Monitor expiry of team member visas/ work permits.
  • Other ad-hoc office tasks such as ordering office supplies.

Who are we looking for:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
  • In possession of a university degree or equivalent.
  • Speak and write fluent English and Maltese as well as have experience with formal business communication.
  • Have a good aptitude for working meticulously with good organizational skills as well as having the ability to work on his / her own initiative.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Be a good team player and understand the necessity of being part of a dynamic working environment.
