Letting Agent (SALARY & COMMISSION)

Malta Property Services Ltd (Property Giant) is currently looking to recruit a Letting Agent (SALARY & COMMISSION) to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Property Giant is currently looking to employ 2 enthusiastic and motivated Letting Agents to join our team in Ta’ Xbiex. 
While those with experience will be preferred, no experience is necessary, as full training will be given on the job. 
Own transport is a must.

Remuneration:
Basic salary (€1,000 per month) + Commission

Role of the Lettings Agent includes:

• To call landlords from our property database
• To follow requests professionally, accurately and in a timely fashion
• To arrange and attend viewings
• To build rapport with potential clients and landlords 
• To close lettings deals effectively
• To be target-driven and willing to progress your career
• Working to strict deadlines under pressure
• To work on your initiative as well as part of a team.
