Our client, an established company operating in the financial sector, is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;  

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and directing them accordingly 
  • Handling all incoming mail and deliveries to the offices 
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conferences and other events 
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks 

  

 

Requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese AND English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
Education and Experience
  • A'Level Standard of Education is a must
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be required
