Our client i s look to employ a Customer Care / Front Office personnel. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Cultivate positive customer relationships.
Stay updated on industry, market, and investment trends.
Stay informed about company products and warranties.
Manage warranty filing and issuance accurately.
Organise customer files and maintain showroom appearance.
Address after-sales inquiries promptly via various communication channels.
Collaborate with senior staff on sales queries and service appointments.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Educate customers on company terms, conditions, and maintenance programs.
Assist with credit control and debtor management.
Support showroom operations and handle customer inquiries.
Provide quotes and facilitate sales closures.
Aid customers in navigating grant and benefit applications.
Perform secretarial tasks as needed.
Participate in events and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Adhere to ISO procedures and maintain customer database integrity.
Support lead allocation and maintain professional appearance.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Ability to efficiently manage and organize customer files, warranties, and documentation both in physical and digital formats.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and senior management across various channels.
Strong administrative abilities to handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining databases, and providing secretarial support as required.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry, with a strong focus on building positive relationships and resolving inquiries effectively.
Experience assisting with sales inquiries, providing quotes, and facilitating sales closures would be beneficial.
