Our client is looking to appoint a Sales Administrative Support to join their growing team within the pharmaceuticals sector of the business. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, the chosen candidate will:
Creating the necessary paperwork and reports to support the sales process, by gathering data, formatting documents, and ensuring accuracy;
Handling sales contracts, quotations, and invoices is crucial for smooth business operations. This includes ensuring that all documents are accurate, properly formatted, and compliant with relevant regulations;
Assisting the sales team in making informed decisions regarding pricing, terms, and other commercial aspects of a deal;
Adhering to established procedures for obtaining approvals on quotations and documents, while also ensuring that all deadlines are met;
Maintaining open lines of communication with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and address any issues that may arise;
Ensuring that client needs are understood and fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner;
Assisting team members in their tasks to promote overall productivity and efficiency within the team;
Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to coordinate activities and ensure project success.
Requirements
Must hold great organisational skills , with an eye for detail
Must be able to work in a team and independently
Previous experience in a similar role and industry is considered a plus
Education and Experience
A strong communication of English and Mathematically comfortable
