Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This includes managing duties at the reception desk, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.

2. Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

3. Document Management: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.

4. Assistance to Team: Collaborate with colleagues to assist in various tasks and projects, offering support wherever necessary to contribute to team success.

5. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked to support efficient operations.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred, ideally within a corporate environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in the English language.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

- Professional demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
