A prestigious law firm is looking to hire an Accounts Administrator to assist the Finance Department with their day-to-day accounting needs.
Responsibilities:
Inputting journal entries into accounting system
Updating investment prices on the system monthly
Extraction of various data reports
Assisting the Accountant in the preparation of the trust final accounts and income tax returns
Preparation of payments on the bank internet systems
Other ad hoc office administration tasks as required
Requirements
Previous local experience in an accounting or audit function
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Fluent in written and spoken English
A diligent team player who can work collaboratively
Education and Experience
A'level in Accounts would be considered an asset
